Without the pain of life, we would never realize our strength…

For muscle to be built, first it must be broken down.In our brokenness we can build the muscles we have always desired. 

For me, I desired the muscle of strength and courage, fearlessness and joy, hope and peace, love and perseverance, and in finding my voice. 

Without the pain of life, we would never realize our strength… 

I choose to honor the experiences in my life both good and bad, for they have molded me along the way. Molded me into the woman I am today and that’s someone I have always wanted to be. I had no idea how I would get from one side of her to the other. Wow, what a journey, and not always an easy one I would say. I prayed for these qualities and I received them, for I have been tested and thankfully along the way, I have strengthened these muscles. Thank you Life for your lessons, the simply ones and the complicated ones. In honor of these gifts, I vow to mute the noise and tune inward to my God Given Compass, to Release Attachment to the outcome, to walk in my Purpose and Passion with Love and Fearlessness, regardless of the challenge.
